those rays from his heart
touch them,

warm them,
show them the way

If we accept that death
is part of life
And that we die
a little every day
Then we
will not postpone
The showing of affection
The kindly deed,
the loving word
But we will do it now
because
The Time is Now.
If we forgive
as we would be forgiven
And do it now
before it is too late

friends or others die
And go their silent way
