I was encouraged to write

after reading in the Mass Readings for the day:

Do not forget the things your eyes have seen, nor let them slip from your heart all the days of your life; rather tell them to your children and to your childrens children  (Deut 4:1.5-9)

 

I have been visiting Medjugorje for over twenty three years now

It is my spiritual home.

 

Each time I go I am at a different stage in my conversion and I receive exactly what I need to help me move on to the next stage of my faith journey.

Healing and Languages (Tongues)

 

I saw a woman lying unconscious on the grass surrounded by four people. She was very white. I continued praying the rosary while Patrick knelt down beside her.  I prayed in tongues. Patrick placed his hand on her forehead and said Come back to us. Immediately her eyes opened, she smiled, put her hands together in prayer and touched his cheeks saying, Gratis, then sat up, fully recovered.

 

Someone asked me if I was German.I replied No, I am English.He said But you speak German? I said No, I only speak English!  But you were speaking German he replied!.

 

Later Patrick was praying, in a Serbo Croatian dialect with  a man who had been living out in the open for the previous five days and told him where he could get food and lodgings for the night and where to find work the next day.To read more Click Medjugorje Walking Through The Vines

But we must never forget that Jesus Himself is the Healer, all healing comes through Him, and in His Name.

 

And the greatest and most miraculous Healing of all takes place in the Sacrament of Reconcilation where we are healed not just for this life but for all eternity

Apparition

 

Cenacola

We went to Cenacola for Miryanas monthly apparition About fifteen minutes before the apparition Alison smelt roses and was given to understand that Miryana was leaving her house, to prepare for the apparition and to be ready. When Miryana arrived we prayed seven Our Fathers, Hail Marys and Glory Be to Fathers and then the Resurrection mystery, then sudden silence During the apparition we looked towards the sun. Alison saw a golden monstrance with rays of golden grace pouring from it. Then it became a red heart. She felt overwhelmed with the love of Jesus. Patrick trembled violently during the apparition and as he looked towards the sun he saw a golden monstrance, then a red pulsating heart and then a baby. Earlier we had been reflecting on the words fruit of your womb.
